Founder’s Background

Amit Bajoria is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in investments and capital markets. Having worked closely with wealth managers, early investors, founders, and HNIs, he brings an operator-level understanding of governance, transaction structuring, and documentation hygiene—not merely market access.

His belief is that participation in private markets must be backed by professional discipline, more so because these markets operate without the visibility, liquidity, and safeguards of listed exchanges.
Every transaction executed through his desk is designed to withstand scrutiny, traceability, and documentation review at a later date, if required.
