Abstract Submission Guidelines
General Requirements & Word Count
Word Limit: 250–350 words
(Recommended length: 250–300 words)
Please prepare your abstract as one cohesive narrative that clearly tells the story of your project:
Begin by briefly introducing the problem, knowledge gap, or clinical context and explain why it is important.
Clearly state your objective in one sentence using a strong action verb (e.g., evaluate, examine, investigate, implement, assess).
Concisely describe the study design, population/sample, and key methods.
In the second half of your abstract:
Present your primary findings with specific results. Avoid vague statements such as “results were significant” without clarification.
Conclude with a clear statement explaining what the findings mean and their implications for clinical practice, research, education, or policy.
Ensure alignment between your objective, methods, results, and conclusion.
