Dr. Mohamed Salama
Dr. Mohamed Salama is a professor at the Institute of Global Health and Human Ecology and Director of the Master of Global Public Health (MPH) program at the American University in Cairo.
He leads the NIH-funded Egyptian Survey of Healthy Aging (AL-SEHA) and the North African Dementia Registry (NADR), funded by the Davos Alzheimer’s Collaborative.
His work focuses on identifying determinants of healthy aging and advancing dementia research and policy development across the region.
