Checkout-Page Notice
Place this text above the "Place Order" button on the checkout page.
We do not charge you at checkout. After placing your order you will receive a separate invoice by email within 24 hours, issued by Premium Property Maintenance and Products LLC — our authorized payment processor.
Your order ships once payment is confirmed.
By placing this order you certify you are 21 or older and agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
How Payment Works
SF Bay Area Peptides LLC does not process payments directly at checkout. Instead, orders are invoiced through our authorized payment processor, Premium Property Maintenance and Products LLC.
This means your payment and any related correspondence will reference that company name — this is expected and by design.
Below is a step-by-step guide so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place an order to the moment your package ships.
Step 1 — Place Your Order
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. No payment information is entered or charged at this stage.
- Click "Place Order" — you will immediately receive an order confirmation email summarizing your items, quantities, and total.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation from notifications@info.relayfi.com. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder and add that address to your safe-senders list.
Step 2 — Receive Your Invoice
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a separate email from Premium Property Maintenance and Products LLC with the subject line:
"Invoice for SF Bay Area Peptides Order #[your order number]"
This invoice is issued by our authorized payment processor on behalf of SF Bay Area Peptides LLC.
The invoice will include:
- Itemized order summary with product names, quantities, and unit prices
- Volume discount applied, if applicable
- Shipping fee (if applicable)
- Total amount due in USD
- A secure payment link
Didn't Receive an Invoice?
If your invoice has not arrived within 24 hours, email:

Include your order number and we will resend it promptly.
Step 3 — Pay Your Invoice
Click the secure payment link in your invoice.
ACH Bank Transfer
Preferred for orders over $500.
Payment settles in 1–3 business days.
No account with the payment provider is required — simply enter your bank routing and account numbers via the secure link.
Credit / Debit Card
Accepted cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Payment settles immediately.
You do not need an account with the payment provider to pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — Bay Area Local Orders Only
COD is available for qualifying local Bay Area delivery orders.
To request COD:
- Contact us at notifications@info.relayfi.com before placing your order to confirm COD eligibility for your delivery zone.
- Place your order online as normal.
- At the time of delivery, have exact cash or a money order ready for the total invoice amount.
- Our courier cannot make change.
- A valid government-issued photo ID will be required at delivery for identity verification.
This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
COD is not available for nationwide FedEx 2Day shipments.
It applies to local same-day courier deliveries only.
Contact us to confirm your address qualifies before ordering.
Step 4 — Order Ships After Payment Clears
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is released for fulfillment.
Bay Area Same-Day Delivery
If your invoice is paid and clears before 12:00 PM PT on a business day, your order will be dispatched by local courier the same afternoon.
You will receive a tracking notification by email from:
notifications@info.relayfi.com
once your order is picked up.
Nationwide Shipping — FedEx 2Day®
Orders with confirmed payment dispatch the next business day via FedEx 2Day®, in insulated mailers with a cold pack where required.
Delivery typically takes 2 business days from dispatch.
You will receive a FedEx tracking number by email once your shipment is scanned.
Weekend and Holiday Orders
Orders placed Friday after 12:00 PM PT, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
FedEx 2Day transit time is calculated from the business-day pickup date, not the order date.
