VVHP (Very Very High Polarization) Raw Sugar is a premium-grade raw cane sugar characterized by exceptionally high sucrose content and low colour value, making it a preferred feedstock for industrial refining operations.

With a polarization typically exceeding 99.63° and an ICUMSA colour range of 400–600, VVHP raw sugar is lighter in colour and higher in purity than standard VHP raw sugar (ICUMSA 600–1200). Its lower ash and moisture content allow for more efficient refining, reduced processing losses, and improved white sugar recovery yields.
